We install roofing systems from manufacturers such as Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and United Steel. Each system is installed according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements so warranty coverage remains valid.
Roof Repair
Not every roof needs to be replaced.
We inspect flashing, vent penetrations, shingles, valleys, and attic ventilation before recommending a solution. If repair will solve the problem, we recommend repair. If the roof has reached the end of its service life, we explain why replacement is the better option.
You receive a written scope outlining what is being repaired and what is not.
