Better Way Roofing is a small, owner-led team based in Shipshewana, Indiana. We hire carefully and we hire infrequently. Our crews stay with us for years, which means open roles don't come up often. When they do, we post them on this page.
If we're not hiring today, that's the answer. Please don't take silence personally. It just means we don't have a role to fill right now.
What we look for when we do hire
The same things that show up in every job we do: discipline, honesty, and a deep discomfort with shortcuts. Whether you're on a roof or in the office, the standard is the standard. If a piece of work isn't right, it gets done again.
We hire roofers, project managers, and office staff. Most of our metal roofing crew works in the Amish craft tradition, but we hire from across the community.
